Yes you can! Our website is still running 24/7 and we still accept all the orders!

Does COVID-19 affect the shipping of my product?

Yes it does. It might cause a delay of a couple days. We still try our best to give you your product as soon as possible, but due to the whole situation there are some changes in our shipping policy. Because of the necessary safety measures and guidelines, we won't be able to guarantee the fast shipping we have normally. 


But the shipping is still completely FREE with orders over 50 and we will make sure that you will be updated during the whole process of shipping your VIDEOBUDDY. And luckily we are a brand that is central located because it is AMSTERDAM BASED and we use the best courier companies to make sure those delays are minimized. The fastest delivery process will be back as soon as it is safe to do so again.

How does my VIDEOBUDDY work?

The VIDEOBUDDY is really easy to use.


You clamp your VIDEOBUDDY where you want. It has a strong clamp that has the ability to clamp on to objects with a thickness until 2.7 inch (6,9 cm). The non-slip rubber grips makes it able to be placed everywhere in or outside the house without causing any damage or scratches.


You place your smarthphone in a phone holder that holds the phone tightly and will assure you the phone will never fall. It contains a 2.3 - 3.4 inch (5.8 - 8.6 cm) wide phone holder which is compatible with most of the smartphone mobiles.


Turn, spin, rotate your VIDEOBUDDY however you want to get the perfect angle for your selfie or video. The stand is extremely flexible and has a rotation of 360 degrees so it can be put in every position.


It comes with a USB cable that can be plugged into a outlet when inside the house. Make sure you complete your VIDEOBUDDY with our Powerbanks so you will be able to take it anywhere you want.


For the perfect lightning use the control switch and change between the 3 lightning options. Even in dark areas you will be able to look amazing in your pictures and videos.

Can my VIDEOBUDDY be shipped worldwide?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. We ship to more than 200 countries all over the world. We benefit from the services of the bigger international carriers to ensure that your order arrives at your destination fast, safely and securely.

How long does the shipping process take? 

The delivery time varies by location


- Netherlands: 1-2 working days

- Belgium, Germany: 2-5 working days

- Rest of Europe: 7-10 working days

- Rest of the world: 11-14 working days


These times exclude possible custom clearance delays.

We have a strict product control to be able to deliver our product in the best quality possible. Because of this service it may take 2-3 working days as processing time after receiving your payment. In case a item is out of stock, we will restock as soon as possible. Our website gives you the possibility to submit your e-mail address and we will let you know when the item is back in stock.

What are the shipping costs?

We are happy to tell you that if your order costs more than $50, shipping is FREE for every country. And since our headquarters are based in the Netherlands, we do not charge shipping costs for Dutch, Belgium and German people. If your order is below $50 and you do not live in the Netherlands, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Are there any custom fees or international taxes?

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:


  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

If the product you ordered needs to be returned. We will refund the amount payed minus costum fees. If you wish to return a product, please send us an email at support@myvideobuddy.com.


If the customer refuses to accept to pay the custom fees and returns the product, we will refund the paid amount.


Can I track the status of my order?

After ordering your VIDEOBUDDY, you can track the status of your order. You can view the tracking information of your shipment at in the email we will send you right after you laced your order and after every update from the shipping company.


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us by mail: support@myvideobuddy.com. Make sure you add your order number in the subject of your email. So we can solve your problem the quickest way possible.


Will my complete order be shipped in the same package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages and maybe even arrive on different days.

Our customers can pay their orders in their local currency. The prices will be converted based on the foreign exchange rate of the EURO, which is set automatically by default based on market rates.

ORDER

Where is my order?

Look up the status of your order at 'track your order'. 


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us by mail: support@myvideobuddy.com or fill in the contact form on the website. Make sure you add your order number in the subject of your email. So we can solve your problem the quickest way possible.


A shipped item is considered lost or stolen only if it has not been delivered in 60 days since the shipping day. 


VIDEOBUDDY is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.


If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. We will either provide a full refund or send a free replacement. Please see more information in our shipping policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and there needs to be an adjustment or cancelation, you must contact us as soon as possible. Send us an email at support@myvideobuddy.com or fill in the contact form on the website.


Once the packaging and shipping process has started, there can be no more adjustments and the order can no longer be cancelled.


But if we can't cancel anymore, don't worry! If you are unsatisfied with your order, then let us know within 30 calendar days after receiving product. Explain the issue in an email or in the contact form and we will help you out as soon as possible.

I didn't receive everything I ordered, what happened?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages and maybe even arrive on different days. For this reason, it might occur that your order looks incomplete. 


A shipped item is considered lost or stolen only if it has not been deliverd in 60 days since the shipping day. If you think haven't shipped you the complete order, please send an email to: support@myvideobuddy.com or fill in the contact form on the website and explain the issue. Make sure you send us your order number so we can help you out quicker.

Something is not right about my order, what should I do?

If you received a product that is faulty or defective, or we shipped something you didn't order, send us an email to support@myvideobuddy.com or fill in the contact form. Make sure you show proof of the issue by sending us a picture so we can help you out as quick as possible.

RETURNS

Can I get a refund?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during the shipping process. If you received a defective of faulty item, send us an email or use the contact form with photos with proof of the issue/damage within 7 days after de delivery. After this process we will provide a return address and a replacement of product or refund as preferred. 


If you are unsatisfied with your order, then let us know within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Explain the issue in an email or in the contact form and we will help you out as soon as possible. 


NOTE: Costumers are responsible for paying return shipping costs when not satisfied with the order.


We do NOT issue a refund if:


- The order doesn't arrive due to submitting the wrong shipping address.


- The order contains visuable damage caused by reckless use.

How do I return an item?

For returns, please go to Return Order send us an email to support@myvideobuddy.com. Explain us the reason of return and include your order number. We will then provide you the instructions for returning the product. Costumers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.


NOTE: To be eligible for a return and refund the goods can't have damage caused by usage of the product.


When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive an email notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Can I exchange a product?

Products can only be exchanged if there is visual damage caused by the shipping process. You can solve the issue by sending an email to support@myvideobuddy.com or by filling in the contact form on the website.


When the product is damaged by the client or there is a preference to another alternative, we can not exchange the product without costs.
